我们建议您在竞拍之前亲临拍卖会现场对设备进行检测。 您也可以委托他人到拍卖场代您进行查看。
买家费用。
在出价前请查看买家费用。
付款和离场
所购物品均需在拍卖会结束后七 (7) 天内付清全款。不接受现金付款，请从您进行购买的同一账户付款。买家在全款付清之前，不得将其购买物品从拍卖会现场撤离。 若利氏兄弟未能交付购买物的明确所有权，买家有权全额收回购买价款。

On April 1, 2013, British Columbia (BC) has readopted to a provincial sales tax (PST) system. Buyers will be charged Canadian goods and service tax (GST) of 5% and BC provincial sales tax (PST) of 7% (previously 12% HST).
Notice to Canadian Buyers (Canadian residents):
Canadian Good and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be charged on applicable items purchased at British Columbia auctions. GST registrants may be able to claim an Input Tax Credit for the GST paid, click here for general eligibility rules.
British Columbia Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 7% is payable on all purchases unless proper tax exemption forms are completed on the day of sale.
Notice to Foreign Buyers (Non-Canadian residents)
Canadian Good and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be added to the purchase price of all applicable items. Goods arranged for export from Canada by the buyer with a third-party carrier and accompanied with appropriate documentation will be refunded the GST. In addition, services provided by Ritchie Bros. (such as the administrative fee) will not be subject to GST.

Purchases in Canada are payable in Canadian funds.
Notice Regarding U.S. Importation
Most United States manufactured equipment returns to the U.S. duty free. The importation of certain diesel engines (or equipment with diesel engines) is prohibited unless the diesel engine is covered by a U.S. EPA certificate of conformity. Some equipment may require modifications to meet U.S. import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker or one the brokers listed below. A customs broker and international truckers will be on-site at the auction to assist you.
Title and Registration Certificates
Items purchased that require a Title or Registration Certificate must be paid for by certified check on the day of the auction; all Titles and Registration Certificates will be mailed to the purchaser seven (7) banking days after payment is received.
