登记和保证金

每场拍卖会均为无底价形式
每件拍品均出售给拍卖会当天最高出价者，没有最低竞买价或保留价。 物主不允许对其正在出售的拍品参与竞价。 竞拍一旦成功，便不可撤销，所有售出均为最终性的。 若您是最高出价者，拍卖师便会宣布拍品已售出，您便是该拍品的新物主。
每件拍品均为现地现状
我们建议您在竞拍之前亲临拍卖会现场对设备进行检测。 您也可以委托他人到拍卖场代您进行查看。
买家交易手续费
请注意：自2023年1月1日起，我们的交易费用结构已经调整，所购得的每件拍品需要支付的手续费如下：
北美
- (a) 价格为$12,000 及以下的拍品，每件拍品需要支付10%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取$100，或(b)所有以$12,000至$75,000出售的拍品收取4.85%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取$1,200，或(c)所有高于$75,000出售的拍品收取$3,638的手续费（以拍卖会所使用货币为单位）。
欧洲及中东（不包括英国）
- (a) 价格为12,000欧元及以下的拍品，每件拍品需要支付10%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取100欧元，或(b)所有以12,000欧元至75,000欧元出售的拍品收取4.85%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取1,200欧元，或(c)所有高于75,000欧元出售的拍品收取3,638的手续费（非洲及中东收取相同金额的美元）。
英国
- (a) 价格为6,500英镑以下的拍品，每件拍品需要支付10%的手续费，或(b)所有高于6,500出售的拍品收取2.35%的手续费，每件拍品外加650英镑手续费。
澳大利亚和新西兰
- 手续费收取所出售拍品的7.5%，每件拍品最少收取100，以拍卖会所使用货币为单位。
日本
- (a)价格为1,000,000日元及以下的拍品，每件拍品需要支付10%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取14,000日元，或(b)所有以1,000,000日元至3,400,000日元出售的拍品收取4.85%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取100,000日元，或(c)所有高于3,400,000日元出售的拍品收取164,900日元手续费。
以上手续费适用于现场拍卖，网络拍卖和委托代理拍卖。
文件管理费将适用于所有美国和加拿大产权过户拍品。
付款和离场
所购物品均需在拍卖会结束后七 (7) 天内付清全款。
不接受现金付款，请从您进行购买的同一账户付款。
买家在全款付清之前，不得将其购买物品从拍卖会现场撤离。
若利氏兄弟未能交付购买物的明确所有权，买家有权全额收回购买价款。

Notice to Foreign Buyers: Farmland
Farmland in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba is subject to restrictions on foreign ownership. Interested parties must obtain proper legal advice prior to bidding.
Notice to Canadian Buyers
Canadian Good and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be charged on applicable items purchased at Saskatchewan auctions. GST registrants may be able to claim an Input Tax Credit for GST paid,click here for general eligibility rules.
Saskatchewan Sales Tax of 5% is payable on all purchases unless proper tax exemption forms are completed on the day of sale.
Notice to Foreign Buyers
Canadian Good and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be added to the purchase price of all applicable items. Goods arranged for export by the buyer from Canada with a third-party carrier and accompanied with appropriate documentation will be refunded the GST. In addition, services provided by Ritchie Bros. (such as the administrative fee) will not be subject to GST.
Saskatchewan Sales Tax of 5% is payable on all purchases unless proper tax exemption forms are completed on the day of sale. Purchases in Canada are payable in Canadian funds. Custom House Currency Exchange may assist with foreign currency transactions. They can be contacted at 1.800.350.6001
Title and Registration Certificates
Items purchased that require a Title or Registration Certificate must be paid for by cash or certified check on the day of the auction; otherwise, all Titles and Registration Certificates will be mailed to the purchaser seven (7) banking days after payment is received.
Notice Regarding U.S. Importation
Most United States manufactured equipment returns to the U.S. duty free. The importation of certain diesel engines (or equipment with diesel engines) is prohibited unless the diesel engine is covered by a U.S. EPA certificate of conformity. Some equipment may require modifications to meet U.S. import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker or one of the brokers listed below.
