登记和保证金
登记参与竞拍不收取任何费用。 但您可能会被要求交纳一笔可退还的竞拍保证金。 请注意，您在拍卖会现场登记时，须出示带有照片的身份证件（例如，驾驶证或护照）。
每场拍卖会均为无底价形式
每件拍品均出售给拍卖会当天最高出价者，没有最低竞买价或保留价。 物主不允许对其正在出售的拍品参与竞价。 竞拍一旦成功，便不可撤销，所有售出均为最终性的。 若您是最高出价者，拍卖师便会宣布拍品已售出，您便是该拍品的新物主。
每件拍品均为现地现状
我们建议您在竞拍之前亲临拍卖会现场对设备进行检测。 您也可以委托他人到拍卖场代您进行查看。
买家交易手续费
请注意：自2023年1月1日起，我们的交易费用结构已经调整，所购得的每件拍品需要支付的手续费如下：
北美
- (a) 价格为$12,000 及以下的拍品，每件拍品需要支付10%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取$100，或(b)所有以$12,000至$75,000出售的拍品收取4.85%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取$1,200，或(c)所有高于$75,000出售的拍品收取$3,638的手续费（以拍卖会所使用货币为单位）。
欧洲及中东（不包括英国）
- (a) 价格为12,000欧元及以下的拍品，每件拍品需要支付10%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取100欧元，或(b)所有以12,000欧元至75,000欧元出售的拍品收取4.85%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取1,200欧元，或(c)所有高于75,000欧元出售的拍品收取3,638的手续费（非洲及中东收取相同金额的美元）。
英国
- (a) 价格为6,500英镑以下的拍品，每件拍品需要支付10%的手续费，或(b)所有高于6,500出售的拍品收取2.35%的手续费，每件拍品外加650英镑手续费。
澳大利亚和新西兰
- 手续费收取所出售拍品的7.5%，每件拍品最少收取100，以拍卖会所使用货币为单位。
日本
- (a)价格为1,000,000日元及以下的拍品，每件拍品需要支付10%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取14,000日元，或(b)所有以1,000,000日元至3,400,000日元出售的拍品收取4.85%的手续费，每件拍品最少收取100,000日元，或(c)所有高于3,400,000日元出售的拍品收取164,900日元手续费。
以上手续费适用于现场拍卖，网络拍卖和委托代理拍卖。
文件管理费将适用于所有美国和加拿大产权过户拍品。
付款和离场
所购物品均需在拍卖会结束后七 (7) 天内付清全款。
不接受现金付款，请从您进行购买的同一账户付款。
买家在全款付清之前，不得将其购买物品从拍卖会现场撤离。
若利氏兄弟未能交付购买物的明确所有权，买家有权全额收回购买价款。

Note! If you have placed a deposit by credit card, the deposit amount will be applied to unpaid invoices immediately after auction. A 2.95% iClosing convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.

Customs Clearance
Please note that the Dubai auction site is in a Duty Free Zone. The point of sale is Ritchie Bros.' yard and Title in every instance will pass within the Free Zone. All items must be formally cleared. We recommend that you check at the auction site regarding procedures of clearing/moving your purchases. Buyers are responsible for clearing their purchases from the Jebel Ali Free Zone. Customs clearance must be received before any items may leave the yard. Freight forwarders are available on-site to assist in clearing items requiring customs clearance prior to removal.
UAE Vehicle Export Certificates are charged per emirate. Duty is the buyer's responsibility. Ritchie Bros. does not provide nor prepare Safety Certificates, Certificates of Origin, etc.
Notice to Foreign Bidders
Some equipment may require modification to meet foreign import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker or authorities.
Note Regarding "GCC Duties Not Paid"
The auction is conducted in a Duty Free Zone. Certain items identified in the sale day catalogue, or otherwise announced at the auction, as "GCC DUTIES NOT PAID" have not been imported into the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is purchaser's responsibility to satisfy requirements of any kind in respect of the importation of any items into the UAE or any other country. Such responsibility includes compliance with laws and regulations of the country including payment of taxes and duties, obtaining proper approvals and complying with any other requirements. Purchasers must engage their own customs broker. UAE duty will not apply to properly exported goods; however, non-UAE imported goods that are purchased for export will be subjected to a 15% deposit, which is refundable upon proof of export. Nominal documentation charges to the buyers are required for clearing equipment out of the Free Zone. Freight forwarders/customs brokers will be on site to provide this service.
Changes to Invoices
Names on invoices cannot be changed. Ritchie Bros. will issue all invoices and sales letters only in the name of the party registered.
Storage
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers offer free storage for 30 days after the auction "Storage fees will be applicable after that".
Languages Spoken
The auction will be conducted in English only. Assistance may be provided in Arabic, English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Farsi, Urdu, Hindi, Turkish, Filipino and Polish.
VAT
VAT will be charged when applicable, according to local regulations.
VAT Deposit will be charged when deemed necessary, according to local regulations
