An asset so large and comprised of so many elements that one photo can’t do it justice, this unused 2019 CMI Asphalt Plant sold on Marketplace-E - our 24/7 online marketplace – for CA$3,040,404 (approx. US$2,406,906). The plant was located in Clarenville, NL, Canada, and sold to a U.S. buyer in Texas in March.
